For those who don't know, Interplay and its divisions were having significant difficulty with the third edition of the Fallout series saga. The Black Isles studio has been shut down, and Interplay itself is facing some hard times.

| So, I have good news for all you Fallout Fans. It would appear as though Bethesda Software has purchased the rights to create Fallout III, IV, and V. Seeing as there is a new pointman for the project, I am going to go ahead and take out the online petition section directed at Interplay.
