www.cheatingplanet.com/walkthroughs/f/fallout_tactics.shtml: While this site is bulky and a little unorganized, it can offer you just about everything in terms of making char and gameplay. It also includes multiple walkthroughs and tips for the single player game.
www.duckandcover.net: This website appears to be the only one recommended by GameSpy Arcade. I have not really looked at everything inside, but it contains a wealth of information as well as map dowloads.
www.sin-core.uk6.net/index2.htm: Your atypical clan website. What makes this one standout is its listing of chatcodes.
www.freewebs.com/fallouttactics/: Although this site is more oriented to 10k play rather than rping, it still has excellent advice regarding weapons, char creation, statistics, chat codes, and more.
www.ninjaweb.tk: This site belongs to Ninja Assassin, the maker (or modifier depending on your POV) of Ninjaville and Springfield. You can find map downloads here, links, as well as Ninja's musical tastes.
www.angelfire.com/ultra/obsidian_designs/: Dark Force's site contains map downloads. I believe it may have some other goodies, but as of writing this entry, the site has been temporarily suspended due to excessive bandwidth consumption (or excessive gayness on the part of angelfire given how cool this site and its maker are).
www.freewebs.com/slyfox_den/index.htm: What can I say? An awesome site by an awesome rper. You can find map downloads here, patch downloads (reminder: you don't play without the 1.27 patch), and for the first time as best I can tell, char downloads. A word of advice: take Sly's and my own char only as a bandaid solution so you can play, or, better yet, only use them as a rough template. Don't be a lamer char stealer. Be sure to make some of your own.
www.nma-fallout.com: Great site for Fallout junkies. Check it out!
www.interplay.com: Site of Interplay, the original makers of Fallout and owners of the now defunct Black Isles Studios. I do not know if it is still the case, but I was able to get all the Fallout I and II music tracks, as well as a few sound bytes, which you can hear featured in various places on this site.
www.bethsoft.com: Site of Bethesda, the heir apparent of the Fallout legacy. Go here to find out more.
